I had two rounds of interviews. The first round was with a manager, amd the second one was with a partner. They were typical case interviews, as seen across management consulting firms.

Question 1
I was asked a pricing case in the first round, and a market entry case in the second round. The second round also included other questions like tell me about yourself and my motivation to join consulting.

Two rounds of Case interviews. First round of unconventional case based on previous experience. Second round of profitability case with a twist in the end. Overall, the focus was on structured problem solving and culture fit rather than correct answer
4 rounds, classic case study interviews with behavioural questions. First two rounds with Associates/Managers, last two rounds with Partners, all remote interviews. Some unusual case studies but nothing out of the ordinary
