Interview
back to back 1 on 1 interviews for the first round (behavioral & case), then the final round was 2 30 minute behaviorals followed by a 30 minute case. Very efficient process, I had my offer the same day as my final round.

Question 1
Pretty generic interviewy type questions. ie talk about experiences in teams, speak to something technical that you're learning in school, why do you want to work here, etc. Cases were also standard, develop a branding strategy and investigate a procurement problem.

Interview
Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
