Interview
The hiring process started with on-campus presentations, where we got the chance to meet with part of the team, submit resumes and do a GMAT like test. The test was easier than average.
From that point on there were the interviews. Traditional consulting like interviews with the first 15-30 minutes of chatting to get to know you and the rest cases.

Interview
Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
