2 rounds in total First round: 1 case and 1 behavioural - 45 minutes each held by managers 2nd round: 2 cases with associates and one behavioural with Partner Partner was super busy and he asked only 3 fit questions - like one about a conflict, another about curiosity and 3rd I couldn’t recall, I think it was related to client handling/delivering the results

All cases are simple supply chain and ops cases Basic 3 questions around different Kearney values. Other questions like why mba, why consulting, why kearney. And all other questions situation based and based on experience
