Case + behavioral interviews. The last round is with partners. Very standard industry process. Cases depend on the interviewers. Can be quite taxing with later rounds as there are back-to-back interviews.

Standard behavioral questions when you describe what you did in a given situation. Cases are based on what the interviewers have worked on previously.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kearney (Hyderabad) in Dec 2025
Interview
1 round - very poorly managed and communicated. Due to this I missed other interview. Asked me case study, the partner dint make the interview process smooth, runs late for about 2 hours

Some highly difficult case study on Insurance diverging to Healthcare industry. The partner already had in mind some other candidate. Utter waste of time
I had Multiple interviews from Personal Fit and several Case interviews (final interview with partner). Interviews were remote and time was flexible. Had to the chance to get to know company “coffee call” before initiating interview process
There were 2 rounds of case interviews, after which I got the offer. First one was with partner, second with manager. Was quite straightforward and short (10-15 minutes each). Overall a good experience
