Interview
Two rounds of Case interviews. First round of unconventional case based on previous experience. Second round of profitability case with a twist in the end. Overall, the focus was on structured problem solving and culture fit rather than correct answer
1. Application screening
Requirements: CV, Cover letter, Academic Transcripts (depending on role)
2. Math test
Requirement: Comfortable with GMAT style questions to be answered in an online test (math based)
3. First round of case interviews with Manager level (2 interviews)
4. Second round of case interviews with Principal/Partner level (2 interviews)
5. Culture fit interview with the Managing Partner of Africa (1 interview)
4 rounds, classic case study interviews with behavioural questions. First two rounds with Associates/Managers, last two rounds with Partners, all remote interviews. Some unusual case studies but nothing out of the ordinary
