Interview
The overall process consisted in a test and a one to one case interview with the Bucharest office manager, which at the time was some German guy. He was very professional. Both (test and interview) were in English. Do you homework about the company and if possible about the guy you are interviewing with. In my case i Knew his name and through a simple Google search I was able to see him in few interviews.
1. The test was somehow difficult and consisted in intelligence and analytical skills as well as economic, business and social knowledge of Romanian environment.
2.The case interview was actually a real life scenario. The Cosmote acquisition of Zapp mobile. His questions was: You are a AT Kearny consultant, sell yourself to Cosmote board in order to mange the acquisition of Zapp.

1 round - very poorly managed and communicated. Due to this I missed other interview. Asked me case study, the partner dint make the interview process smooth, runs late for about 2 hours

Some highly difficult case study on Insurance diverging to Healthcare industry. The partner already had in mind some other candidate. Utter waste of time
I had Multiple interviews from Personal Fit and several Case interviews (final interview with partner). Interviews were remote and time was flexible. Had to the chance to get to know company “coffee call” before initiating interview process
There were 2 rounds of case interviews, after which I got the offer. First one was with partner, second with manager. Was quite straightforward and short (10-15 minutes each). Overall a good experience
