Kearney interview questions

15 min. Skype call which anticipated the interview process. I was rejected because other candidates have an experience that is closer to the needs of the firm. Having worked at another consulting company before, I cannot imagine which "experience" they are looking for. The call was supposed to be one way: you talking to the interviewer and I was not supposed to ask questions related to the job or the team itself because, as I have been told, "this is only 15 min talk and if you want more information you need to wait until the next steps in the recruitment process".

The Interview process was really quick. First step was a video interview with the Campus Manager, then 3 video interviews with members of the recruiting team and one video interview with a member of the ERG. The process went fairly quick. Everyone on the team was warm and welcoming and made the interviews feel like a conversation.
