Eerst een sollicitatiebrief insturen, vervolgens op gesprek gaan. Nog voor het gesprek krijg je al een buddy om het gesprek voor te bereiden en al uw vragen te beantwoorden. Het gesprek zelf is met twee verschillende consultants. Twee keer een persoonlijk gesprek en twee keer een case oplossen.

4 Rounds of interviews with managers, directors, and partners. The interviews are all the same structure, fit + case. My case was a rather peculiar one and something I had not practiced before. It involved both internal and external strategies following a decline in profits (which turned out to be a decline in profit margin, not profits) which subsequently led to the firing of the CEO. The feedback I was offered was not really helpful as the interviewer said I should have provided more recommendations aside to the reversal in price (which was the reason for the decrease in profit margins and the CEO's termination). He said I barely did not make the cut, which does not help considering it was a first round interview.
