Two Rounds In Total:
First round - A case interview and a behavioral interview (could be in any order). Case was straightforward but required the candidate to really drive the interaction in order to make progress. The behavioral was comprehensive and covered a lot of different points.
Second Round: A case interview and two behavioral interviews (could be in any order). The case was a written case. Candidate was handed all the material up front, and was given time to prepare and create a presentation on a flip chart. Candidate then presented to a panel of two interviewers. Behavioral interviews were more organic then in the first round. Personality fit was tested here.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kearney (Warschau, Masowien) in Oct 2014
Interview
Test (gmat style) and 4 rounds interview. One of the interviews was via phone, the other three in person. I had both case studies and guestimate type of questions. The last one with the partner it lasted 15 mins only and it was a quick fit interview
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Kearney (New York, NY) in Jul 2016
Interview
Typical consulting firm process. Behavioral + Case Study + Case Study Presentation. One on one case is a combination of quant and qual. No need for specific industry knowledge, but ask the right questions and you can begin to piece together the business solution. Presentation is a time crunch - need to quickly filter out the unimportant data from the critical data and build quantifiable arguments that also consider qualitative elements.
