Kearney interview questions

Two Rounds In Total: First round - A case interview and a behavioral interview (could be in any order). Case was straightforward but required the candidate to really drive the interaction in order to make progress. The behavioral was comprehensive and covered a lot of different points. Second Round: A case interview and two behavioral interviews (could be in any order). The case was a written case. Candidate was handed all the material up front, and was given time to prepare and create a presentation on a flip chart. Candidate then presented to a panel of two interviewers. Behavioral interviews were more organic then in the first round. Personality fit was tested here.
