Interview

Interview
Pretty straight forward process.. They prioritize structure over creativity and originality. So be strucrude. They're interview process is fast.
1. Interview with response by end of day
2. Final interview the next day at their office.
Great staff. Actually enjoyed networking. The case is straight forward, however they tend to pick industries which aren't well known. So the questions you ask really matter.

Interview
I applied online. I was invited to interview by phone with a recruiter and advanced to the first round of interviews at their offices in NYC. I spoke with a Manager and a Partner. One behavioral interview and one case interview. Case interviews were new to me, but I did invest in case interview materials and prepared in advance. They even provided a coach.
If you are not familiar with the case interview format and you want to work for a top firm, I recommend making the investment well in advance because it is a unique process. I could logically draw the correct conclusions from experience, but did not have enough exposure to the case interview process to present the responses as quickly as the process requires.
