Interview
First Round: Two back-to-back 1-hour interviews with managers. Each interview consists of 30 min fit and 30 min case.
Second Round: Fit and written/presentation case - in the office (total 3 hrs). The case has three stages: (1) You'll be given a booklet with a written case (approx. 6 pages), and you'll have 1hr to prep an excel analysis and start a presentation; (2) A manager will come for a 30 min collaboration session, where you will walk through your analysis and ask questions/clarify doubts; (3) You'll have 30 min to finish analysis and presentation; (4) You will present to a client (who is another manager) for 30 min. The fit interview will either be before or after the case. Total time is approx. 3hrs.
Final Round: Partner interview (1 hr) - fit and maybe case.
