Kearney interview questions

Two rounds of interview. 2 Cases in Round 1, After completion of Round 1 , you are called to schedule Round 2 of interviews. 2 Cases in Round 2 + + 1 Fit Interview with Senior Partner. Got the call by evening with an offer.

Round 1: a. Interview 1: 15-minute fit questions and 45-minute business case with associates/managers. i. Fit Questions: These are questions that assess a candidate's personality, work style, and cultural fit with the firm. They are typically behavioral questions, such as "Tell me about a time when you had to work with a difficult team member" or "How do you handle stress in a fast-paced work environment?" ii. Business Case: A business case is a scenario in which the candidate is given a problem and asked to solve it through a structured and analytical approach. The goal is to assess the candidate's ability to think critically and solve complex business problems. b. Interview 2: 15-minute fit questions and 45-minute business case with associates/managers. Round 2: a. Interview 1: 15-minute fit questions and 45-minute business case with principals/partners. b. Interview 2: 15-minute fit questions and 45-minute business case with principals/partners.
