Kearney interview questions

Unfortunately, they treat applicants with utter disrespect. They never reviewed my application but sent me emails for months, stating my application would be reviewed soon. Never replied to my emails. After almost a year, they told me an email that they now closed their application process when it was obvious that they had never considered me or even touched my application. I can only imagine how they treat their employees if they treat applicants like that. It's very low effort to send out automated rejection emails which should be the absolute minimum that all their competitors fulfill.

My interview process with Kearney was the most enjoyable interview process I experienced (compared with MBB, S& and more). Felt individually understood and respected, unlike other firms where I was one of thousands of interchangeable candidates. Numerous analysts and affinity group members reached out during the process offering to do mock cases with me.
