Kearney interview questions

Went for interview twice in mid 2018 and mid 2019 in Gurgaon-Dronacharya Office. Both times got contacted by a Recruitment agency coordinator. Interview got scheduled both times. Went for interview after taking half day leave on both occasions. Both the times the concerned Kearney HR was not in office. The other HR did not know what profile I was getting interviewed for, what was my work experience or education or goals. On both occasions they arranged a makeshift panel for conducting interview who just kept asking random cliche interview questions. Left their office after wasting my time, half day leave and plenty of frustration. Guess what?? After a month, on both occasions, people (my friends) from my team, with my profile and experience got offer from Kearney. And both had actually contacted the Managers via LinkedIn messaging and shared their cv with them on chat, not via the HR or agency recruiter. Felt even more bad about the company recruitment process and internal controls. Eating away referral money. Nonetheless, I had made up my mind never to have/continue a conversation with Kearney's agency recruiter in future, they are simply wasting time, the manager will get the referrals from his LinkedIn. Though I got a switch later in 2019 from one of Kearney's competitor in their Gurgaon Office
