I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kearney in Nov 2021
Interview
Interview process was fairly standard for consulting companies - 4x interviews, 2 with senior business analysts, 2 with partners. Fit, then case.
Interviewers were friendly and very relaxed, but also informal.
However, HR was unresponsive during the process, very detached. Emails to them were left unanswered. Was ghosted.

Question 1
Fit questions, case was simple and straightforward
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Kearney (Singapur)
Interview
Structure: Submitted resume in Sept -> Watson Glaser test in mid Oct -> 2x 1st round interviews held in late Oct-1st wk of Nov with Manager level -> about a week later, 1 x 2nd round interview in mid Nov with Principal/Partner -> waited two weeks to get results. Your final interviewer will call you personally to make the verbal offer!
Experience: Interviewers were very nice and down to earth, I enjoyed speaking with them. Cases were easy to mid difficulty range. It was great to have an attached buddy (typically a current BA working in Kearney) after you pass the 1st round, whom you can chat with and ask for advice from.

Question 1
Estimate the no. of cups of coffee sold in a Starbucks store in a day
Two rounds, two interviews per round (fit questions + case). Cases are very structured for the 1st round - typical market entry where you need to size the market in addition to answering a few brainstorming questions. Compared to my experience with Bain and McKinsey, I’d say it’s relatively easier.
