Two parts, with two different interviewers. Must be able to solve cases correctly with a good structure. The fit part was about 15 mins each. Quick response, after 5 days only.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kearney (Monterrey, Nuevo León) in Sep 2021
Interview
I had two case interviews the same day. Both interviewers were very cordial and professional. They both were about 5 minutes after the scheduled time, so nothing too bad there either. We first talked about me and what I had in my resume, then about why I wanted to be a part of their company to see my fit and lastly the case itself.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
For a square-shaped city with certain diameter and having its streets forming a grid of certain dimensions, obtain the number of intersections and using that and other data, calculate the number of street lights the city needed to install.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kearney
Interview
Applied for a BA role and they never bothered to get back to me with an answer on my application.
Exchanged multiple emails with them on when I could expect an answer which kept me on the loop but this evolved in absolute radio silence.
I did get interviews at three MBB’s and am currently working at one of them, so no regrets, but it would have been nice to not have wasted my time on a company that doesn’t care about responding applicants.
