Kearney Senior Software Engineer interview questions

First of all, their interview process is quite broken. I have received multiple calls from the recruiter discussing the role and the opportunity. While everything is going smooth and my interview was scheduled on a specific date and time however just an hour before the interview they cancelled stating that my profile was not stronger for the role. By all means, who has asked to schedule on the first note. This happened with a couple of friends of mine aswell. Hope they get their communication channels right for better future as other wise we have seen in the history what had happened to organizations who do not respect people.

Panel interview with 3 people including HR. Mostly asked about my projects and discussed my technical approach to problem solutions. It was a standard interview process. HR follows up after the process.
