Keller Group interview questions

Contact from USA head office, even incurred the long distance charges to phone across the continent and different country. How can they have Human Resources set appointment and never follow through as promised. How can the manager make the same empty promises.

The interviewer was kind, and the interview was good without problems. The interview told me that he's going to call me back after one week, but got no answer from them.
