It was not as scary as I thought. The panelists were super nice and friendly which made the experience more fun, it was 45 mins and you had a chance to ask questions at the end

Interview
Process involved online testing, assessment centre, more testing and a referee check. Assessment centre was based around communicating and presenting yourself, rather than IQ or skills tests. Be prepared with knowledge on new tech and campaigns.
