The same day I received an invitation for an ASSESSMENT 1 week later. Planning: Oral Presentation of a "L'Oréal Retail Experience" (10' in English) and Indivudual Business Case (15'), followed by a FEEDBACK (15')

Tell me about yourself!? Why marketing? Why L'Oréal? Why do you think you are a good fit with L'ORéal? Can you tell me the difference between Gardier and L'Oréal? Please find 3 keywords for each brand. Can you tell me which IT programs you can work with. What can you do?
The hiring process seems to be a multistep process. The format that I was aware of is the online application then emailed screening questions. These questions were more based on the past experience you had.

Interview
I applied online and received an e-mail invitation for a phone screening. The phone interview lasted about 15 mins and was followed by a face-to-face interview which HR. A few days after I received a call for 1:1 interview with the line manager.
