The hiring process seems to be a multistep process. The format that I was aware of is the online application then emailed screening questions. These questions were more based on the past experience you had.

I applied online and received an e-mail invitation for a phone screening. The phone interview lasted about 15 mins and was followed by a face-to-face interview which HR. A few days after I received a call for 1:1 interview with the line manager.
