L'Oréal Marketing/Product Development Intern interview questions

Very unique interviewing process. I was asked to describe myself using one of the fifty pictures printed by the recruitment manager (very random Getty Image like pictures.) the challenge is to find something smart to say that best translates your skills. You are given 10 minutes to prepare. I was then asked to create a product based on the managers pen. Same process, I was given 10 min to prepare.
