L'Oréal Intern - Hourly interview questions

Met with loreal at a career fair where I then set up an interview. My interview was with a panel of managers who were very experienced. the interview lasted almost an hour, but they were very interested about my personal life first then my professional life. They wanted experience and personality.

The interview overall was a pretty good process. The human resources department got back to you pretty quickly. Interview was by phone and the phone interview lasted about 20 minutes. Brief to the point. Come prepared and you'll do well.
