First, submit a video introducing yourself, send cv and fill in an online application form. Next round is the Assessment center which includes a 15 mins numerical test about charts, a session to study the powerpoint slides given by them which features one of their products, lastly, there is a group discussion and presentation on that product to the HR manager.

I got fast track application because I was chosen as one of their participant in an networking/training event they held called A Taste of L'oreal. I had passed their HR interview post the event, and also the numerical reasoning test. I got invited to present a business case analysis for a certain brand to a management board panel. I was given the case to prepare 3 days before.
