L'Oréal Visual Merchandiser interview questions

I think the hiring process is very structured and works well for me. I went through a 3 question online test, one was a video, not much pressure however as it wasn't timed and you could re do it/or go back to it. Then I did a fairly hard numerical test, after that I didn't hear back for over a month and was last minute called to the assessment centre. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR SPAM EMAILS. The assessment centre was a long day but I found it very engaging and really enjoyed doing everything and talking to the current interns.
