L'Oréal Customer Service Operations interview questions

Went through an agent, they called me for interview and sent resume to the company. Company and agent approved and i started immediately. I went to the company the next day, waited for hr about 30 mins and aftr hr came, she took me to the operations level, where i was introduced to the manager and assistant manager.
