Interview
I went through Taste of L'Oréal process. I had a phone interview and then following the interview I was invited to a weekend in New York and then offered the internship. During the weekend we had to present case studies.

Question 1
Mainly behavioural questions about difficult siutations you may have faced.
Asked questions about products. I was given a mascara - Lancome i believe, and asked how i could market this product to a younger demographic.
Interviews for summer internships from the Brandstorm competition will ask you a lot about your background and key points on your resume and how you would be able to incorporate that into L’Oreal.
hard, difficult case study and interview, do research on the role. important to project confidence and show passion, and you should be able to talk about what you have learnt from past internships or projects
