I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Hongkong) in Jan 2015
Interview
I met one of the ladies working in the HR department and I personally sent her an application by email after the conversation. It started with a phone interview about my career prospect, which is more like to test my language and communication skills. Then I was told to join a group interview. The group interview consists of introduction of the company, then a analytic test, then an individual introduction and 1-2 Q&A with the managers of respective brands. The whole process ends with a group task - planning a marketing campaign to relaunch a mascara.
