I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Seoul) in Jun 2016
Interview
I handed in my resume via Loreal career website and they rang me in 3~4 days. One of staffs(look like assistant staff or more likely managing staff member) appeared at interview room. Two of us exchanged some questions mutually. This was the first phase of entire process and they said there might be one or two more steps to go with the staff from brand division.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Interview was basic. Interviewer was not really engaged at all from the very first question. Seemed distracted and didn't ask any questions or give me an opportunity to ask any. Would have been better for them to cancel than to interview me when they most likely already had an internal candidate or something.
