I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at L'Oréal (New York, NY) in Mar 2014
Interview
Internship had case day which a group of candidates got together to build a p&l and present a storyline based on the case inputs provided to a panel of finance leads. Then two rounds of behavioral interviews which were quite direct and straightforward. Internship is highly encouraged to understand full time experience and corporate culture.
