Assessment center with the HR. The company was introduced by one of the members of HR, then the candidates pitched for 2min each about their b.side, and an individual and group assignment was performed. In the end, a Q&A session took place to explain the candidates the entire process and to clarify any doubts they had.
Overall it was a complete and innovative (in the part of the b-side pitch) interview, in my opinion. Hope that I manage to pass to the next phase.
