Interview
Upload CV and cover letter to the portal. Receive an invitation from the HR department for a Skype interview. If the HR manager assesses you to be a good fit for the company, she schedules a personal interview with the respective manager. In the personal interview you start with a small case study, for which you have 20 minutes. Once the 20 minutes are over, the manager asks you various questions about the case in order to get an idea of how profound your knowledge in the specific area is. After these questions, you would keep on talking about your professional and personal life while scanning through your CV.

- sehr angenehmes Gespräch, bei dem man das Gefühl hatte das man sich wirklich für den Bewerber als Person interessiert und nicht nur dessen Leistungen abgefragt werde.
Es wird allgemein viel Wert auf den Personal Fit gelegt

Telefonisches Interview mit der HR, Folgegespräch mit dem Abteilungsleiter und dem Vorgesetzen. Sehr nette Ansprechpartner. Im ersten Gespräch kamen größtenteils Personal-Fit Fragen vor, z.B. warum unser Haus. Allerdings wurden bereits die ersten technischen Sachen gefragt, z.B. KPIs und Unterschied zwischen UKV und GKV. Im Folgegespräch kamen fast nur technische Fragen auf dem Gebiet von Controlling vor.
