It started with a round of group discussion led by two rigorous interviews with which they checked my interest in L'Oréal at the same time they also judged on my presence of mind. During the group discussion we were given L'Oréal products and started discussing about their various qualities and also sales pitch. L'Oréal likes their employees to know about their L'Oréal products and how well you can understand them.
