Interview
I applied for the Sales division of Management Trainee Programme. The interview process includes the following:
1. Upload of a self-introduction video
2. Assessment Centre, including a numerical test and a group case study
3. HR interview
4. Individual Presentation with prepared topic
There should a Panel Interview after the 4th stage, tho I received no news from the company yet. The interview process was generally smooth. However, the time management of the HR was bad which often led to delay of interviews.

brandstorm is tough but tbh doesn’t rlly play a part in if u get hired or not. u just have to participate to get ur resume viewed. However generally just be chirpy, show ur proactive and excited to learn and you’ll be in! they also value caring abt the product and love for loreal a lot
