Initially a smooth experience with the recruitment teams and Human Resource department however the process became blurred and unstructured once advanced to Director and VP level interviews. Was advanced to VP interviews for three different positions but no offers were extended and very little feedback was offered other than recommending other positions. There was little follow through with communication between interview steps. Often I would reach out to them for interview schedule. I felt undervalued as a candidate when often my experience was stronger than the person interviewing me.
