Interview
Initially, resume was shortlisted. Next round was an online assessment for which the link was given through a QR code. I attended the test during first week of December, 2020. It was for 15 mins, constituting 30 questions: 10-apti, 20-technical (concerned department). The time restriction made it tough. I did not here from them yet.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Pune) in Feb 2024
Interview
The process involved resume check, followed by an aptitude test. There was a group discussion round, and two more rounds (Technical and HR).
Aptitude test was simple. The group discussion interview involved basic group activities. The interview was fairly easy with highlights on internships and personal interests.
The first process of their interview is selecting through some business games or group discussion they test the imagination power of students in this round after get selected in this round they take the HR and Technical interview
