I participated in the group recruitment session together with 11 other candidates. It consisted of presenting in front of the group (5-10 mins each), a study of a case everyone together (1 hour) and then one person presenting it (they observe you the whole time closely), and a 1:1 interview with a recruiter.

Colloquio/assessment di gruppo. Eravamo una decina di studenti/neolaureati da tutta Italia. Struttura abbastanza informale, è stata presentata l'azienda ed ogni candidato è stato invitato a descriversi e presentarsi, anche in modo creativo con collage/moodboard.
