I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Clark, NJ)
Interview
Applied and after a few weeks I had a preliminary screening, then a full-day interview. I had to make a presentation and present it to a panel, then answer standard interview questions. I was then put in a group with 4 other candidates and we were given a prompt and 45 mins to make a presentation, then we presented and answered questions as a group. There was then a final interview at the end of the day. They then ghosted me, even after reaching out to the hiring managers I never got an offer or rejection letter.

El proceso de selección inició con una entrevista con el área de recursos humanos, posteriormente avancé a una segunda entrevista con mi manager directo y finalmente participé en una última entrevista con la directora del área.
