Overall a lack of communication from the recruiter. I didn't receive any updates after our initial interview, and I felt uncertain about the status of my application which made me feel disengaged about seeking a career at L'oreal. My feedback would be to keep candidates in the loop, or provide a soft timeline or initial next steps - rather than ignoring and typical ghosting, as this is unprofessional.
