The process took in total almost 4 months and it had multiple stages: 1. Cover letter and CV 2. 30 second video introduction & 1 hour test related to marketing activities (for every applicant, no matter your background, this is where almost 90% of the applicants got cut off) 3. Individual interview with HR 4. Cubiks tests 5. Assesment day with individual business cases, two individual interviews and a group assignment Assesment day was challenging and it requires ability to sustain pressure, work well in a team, take in new information quickly and be able to use that to explain your understanding of the materials, markets and business operations. It also requires good presentation skills, communication skills, relaxed attitude and most of all ability to bring out your personality even though you are nervous. There are many assessors from lorea who are observing how you do. Interviewers will put you in a tough spot and ask challenging questions but it is all about your explanations and justifications and the ability to stay calm and reasonable. Acceptance rate from all applicants is under 2%.

First round was a video and two different tests online, one on digital marketing and one with numerical, math and abstract. The video was a 30 second video to show how you relate to their values. Second round was a Skype interview, 30 min, where you talked about your CV and your test results, and then asked behavioural questions about you as a teamplayer and your motivation.
