The process was pretty straightforward, the duration of the interview was pretty quick. Two friendly interviewers who wanted to know your past work experience and your expectation of the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal in Jul 2015
Interview
After submitting my application, they called and emailed me to arrange a short phone interview with someone in their HR department. Once I had completed that, we had a follow up, more in-depth interview over Skype the following week. They were very helpful during the process, but were not quick to get back to me after the second interview.
Not hard but need preparation for a presentation via Microsoft team. 1V1 presentation and answer questions related to the presentation and yourself. Got useful feedback afterward. Staffs are kind and nice.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (London, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
It was a full day - mixed of 1 to 1 interviews, presentation that i had to make before hand after i was given a case study, also had to do some math's and English tests whilst there & group scenarios. i got a tour of the place too whihc was good to see where you would be working.
