Interview
It's very cutthroat, 1st round is screening your resume, if you pass this round you will receive a congratulations email for 2nd round which is online assessment which consists numerical, logical, theoretical, work preferences and personality. If you pass this round, youll be invited for a video interview and another technical assessment. Once you pass this round, you'll be invited to AC (last round). In my case, they decided to drop me at the video stage and I didn't get to receive the technical test. The video interview is 4 questions, answer within 2 mins each. Imo I thought I did well, but you'll never really know what they're looking for and its not really fair that they will judge your personality or character out of a 2 min video because there so many factors that could be a reason why a candidate couldn't outperform; being nervous/didnt read the question correctly/short of time etc.
I would say everything is a lengthy process waiting to whether you'll get into the next round, but I'm sure it is all worth it if you do get the offer.

- a highly sensitive project has been leaked in a group of 3 colleagues, what would you do
- whats the diff between local shoppers and travellers, how can we target China market better

brandstorm is tough but tbh doesn’t rlly play a part in if u get hired or not. u just have to participate to get ur resume viewed. However generally just be chirpy, show ur proactive and excited to learn and you’ll be in! they also value caring abt the product and love for loreal a lot
