The job description does not fit the job title - they were looking for a product development manager that can also handle marketing initiatives. I completed initial HR scan, went onto the 2nd round with the actual managers, then went up to the 3rd round with the brand director - was rejected and redirected to another position, which resulted in a 4th interview with the corresponding manager only to get rejected again. It took around 3 months and it was gruelling to say the least.
