I interviewed for a Loreal Marketing position in a beautiful office. The interview with the HR was relaxed, more like a casual chat, but with very detailed questions. However, the response time was slow, taking more than a day to hear back.
It was very short as I was interviewing for a contracted employee. Very top level questions but some behavioral as well to see if you can fit into the teams vibe
3 rounds of interviews! To get the initial one is difficult I connected with HR that was the only way I was noticed since I kept getting rejected by AI!

The interview process was good and easy! The only thing is they would say things too promising and ended up ghosting after 3 interviews. After 3 interviews and time invested I would at least expect an automated email.
