Honestly everything was very smooth and you can 100% prepare for the case study within the given time, just reference recent projects/missions and integrate your findings into the case study.

Easy interview
Application
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2023
Interview
Relatively straightforward - broken down into two stages:
1st-round is an HR interview asking regular situation based questions and what division you would want to intern in and possibly what brand.
2nd-round is an interview with a manager/director of marketing who asks behavioural situation questions again and your interest in the division you picked.
I applied online. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Montreal, QC)
Interview
Very positive experience, behavioural interview with HR, followed by a traditional interview with team's manager. I had to follow up several times before I received a response, but communication was positive.
