I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Prag) in Oct 2024
Interview
As with most corporate roles, the interview was held in an assessment centre and divided into three parts. First, I had to introduce myself in English within two minutes, summarising all of my previous job experiences. The second part was a group task, designed to see how we communicate, think, and work within a team setting. Finally, the last stage focused on peer reflection, where they observed how we give feedback and handle different situations. At that point, they asked me openly in front of everyone who I found the easiest to work with and why — and, conversely, who I found the most challenging.
The interview process was smooth, welcoming, and well organized. Every conversation felt thoughtful, respectful, and engaging, with clear communication throughout. It left a strong impression of professionalism, warmth, and opportunity. Sadly i didnt get an offer
El proceso de selección inició con una entrevista con el área de recursos humanos, posteriormente avancé a una segunda entrevista con mi manager directo y finalmente participé en una última entrevista con la directora del área.
