L'Oréal Summer Internship Program interview questions

After online application, there was an Online digital assessment that has several SJTs and video questions.It took approximately 1.5 hours to complete the entire test.Essay type questions were included as well.

The interview process kept getting pushed off and then they eventually contacted me. I was very overqualified for the position and still did not get it. Not sure what they are looking for in terms of an internship but to give you an idea of my qualifications: Enrolled at a Top 10 Grad School, Graduated from Top 20 University, and have experience in beauty industry and they still denied me.
