LG Electronics interview questions

The process started in Jun 2011 First stage - recruiting agency interview, for me it was not a problem. 2nd stage - interview with hiring manager. Nothing special, mostly questions about experience. Then silence for 3 months. I still don't know the reason. Finally in October 2011 they invited me for another interview (the same person), and in a cuple of days I got an offer, which was insufficient for me. I asked for more money, and they finally offered me ~5-7% more, and I agreed Mostly Koreans very much concerned about how often you changed your job previously, so the ideal for them is a CV with 10+ years on the same place.

They called me several times for interview rearrangement due to busy schedule of Chief of Operating Officer (COO). When i visited Reynosa Mexico, COO did not even showed up for interview.
