Joined as a management trainee and was promoted to a product planner. The interview process consists of a group discussion and a psychometric test, followed by a personal interview with the HR, the hiring manager, and finally the CEO of the company.

I applied through referral. the total process consists of two stages: 1) online coding test, 2) interview. online coding is similar to leetcode easy-medium and the second interview is for check culture fit of the company.
